Worked great at first. Then weird things started happening… First time using it right after charging it, the yellow light would flash indicating it needed charging. There have been times that the blue light would fade in and out…and then stop altogether. While charging, it would flash red for hours and not end charging…then next time the charging cycle would end, but just to have the yellow light flash right after again. I even wonder if this thing is even working as just because exterior lights come on, flash and what not, does that mean the unit is actually working on the inside cleaning my retainers?. But, I have kept on trying to use this thing in hopes it would miraculously fix itself….and I think I am stupidly optimistic. I have s sent e-mails twice, initially asking for a refund or replacement, but now after 6 months I am thinking that won’t happen, so I said to please stop selling this product and do something to make this a more reliable. I now do not expect an answer and will now forget it. It is really too bad…it seemed like this was the perfect on the go solution.

So far so good. I only had it for a few days so time will tell. People have made comments about the battery but I feel, like with all other rechargeable devices, people should wait until the battery is almost to 0% before plugging in to recharge. Like I said, time will tell.
